Three Projects, Three Awards: CUPOWER Honored at the 2026 DALI China Awards
On September 4, the 7th DALI Alliance China Eco-Partners Conference and the 2026 DALI China Awards Ceremony took place in Beijing. All three projects submitted by CUPOWER received awards, earning one Gold Award and two Silver Awards across hospitality, retail and residential applications.
The DALI China Awards recognize the practical value of DALI technology in real-world applications, considering factors such as lighting quality, energy efficiency, operation, maintenance and scalability. This makes the awards particularly relevant for projects where lighting technology must prove its value beyond specification sheets.

Gold Award | FAFU Tavern (Hospitality)
The FAFU Tavern project in Beijing uses CUPOWER DALI-2 DT8 constant voltage LED drivers and an intelligent lighting control solution. Zoned dimming and tunable white control, combined with programmable scene recall, allow the venue to adapt its lighting to different operating periods and themed events.
Through i-Data, the system can record luminaire data, report energy use, and support diagnostics and maintenance. Precise light control reduces energy consumption and limits unnecessary light spill while preserving the atmosphere required in a bar and dining venue. The solution balances the guest experience with more energy-efficient operation.
The project has also received international recognition at the 2026 Berlin Design Awards.
Silver Award | Yuye (Retail)
Located at Langyuan Station in Beijing, the Yuye fragrance experience store is designed around an immersive, nature-inspired aromatherapy experience.
The project uses CUPOWER DALI-2 DT8 constant voltage LED drivers to provide independent lighting control for product display, fragrance sampling and lounge areas. Preset scenes allow staff to switch between retail, exhibition and event modes at the touch of a button.
Smooth, stable dimming preserves the natural character of the interior, supports the immersive customer experience and simplifies daily lighting operation and maintenance. The solution is well suited to the flexible requirements of experience-led retail environments.
Silver Award | Nashan Nashui Sky City Homestay (Residential)
Built into a hillside in Chenzhou, Hunan, the Nashan Nashui Sky City Homestay has a dispersed outdoor layout that makes routine inspection and maintenance more demanding.
The project uses CUPOWER Outdoor D4i NFC series LED drivers. Individual luminaire addressing, and temperature-aware i-CLO functionality help compensate for lumen depreciation and maintain stable lighting performance over time.
Preset scenes and intelligent data monitoring reduce the workload associated with site inspections and maintenance. The open protocol architecture also provides flexibility for future upgrades and system expansion.
