Vietnam Factory Production Line Commissioning Completed
In September 2026, CUPOWER’s Vietnam factory completed equipment installation and production-line commissioning. The facility has now entered the pre-production preparation and validation stage. Process and quality validation, pilot production, product qualification, and serial-production approval are still in progress or pending completion.
Located in Xuan Cam Commune Industrial Park, Bac Ninh Province, Vietnam, the approximately 5,000-square-meter facility is planned to have an initial annual production capacity of approximately 6 million smart lighting drivers and control devices.
Once batch production begins, the Vietnam factory will complement CUPOWER’s existing manufacturing base in China, supporting a more diversified manufacturing and delivery structure. The new facility is expected to provide additional capacity for international orders, improve production-planning flexibility, and strengthen supply-chain resilience.
To ensure consistency across manufacturing locations, the Vietnam factory is being established in accordance with CUPOWER’s unified production processes, quality standards, testing systems, and management requirements. Product qualification, process and quality validation, pilot-production verification, and serial-production approval will be completed before commercial production begins.
In its initial phase, the factory is planned to primarily support demand from the North American market. By diversifying its manufacturing footprint, CUPOWER aims to respond more flexibly to changes in delivery schedules, order volumes, and periods of increased demand, while reducing the risks associated with reliance on a single production location.
The development of the Vietnam factory represents an important step in strengthening CUPOWER’s global supply-chain resilience and business continuity. Looking ahead, CUPOWER will continue to develop its regional manufacturing and service capabilities in line with customer needs and market developments.
